Bag in the whole bike frame - according to your design

Bag in the whole bike frame - according to your design

Offer for a custom frame bag.

Below the description, you'll find instructions on how to create a template.

We offer custom-made bicycle frame bags tailored to individual needs. Our bags are designed for bikepacking and can be made in any size and color, according to your preferences.

They can be as colorful as our other products; it's all a matter of individual arrangement.

Typically, the basic design features a full-length zipper providing access to the main compartment, which contains two pockets and Velcro straps at the top for attaching small items. On the right side, the bag has a sewn-on pocket, e.g., for a phone.

The fabrics we primarily work with are X-PAC, Ecopak, and Cordura.

Our products are made in Poland. We ensure quick order fulfillment times so you can enjoy your new gear as soon as possible.

The estimated lead time is up to 3 weeks after approval, receipt of the template, and confirmation of all details.

How to prepare a template for a frame bag?

Each bag is custom-made, so an accurate template is essential. The better the template, the better the bag will fit your bike.

You don't need to be technically perfect — just a few simple steps. We'll take care of the rest in our workshop.

What do you need?

Stiff cardboard, bristol board or paperboard, scissors, a marker, and tape.

Step 1. Place the material against the frame

Place a sufficiently large piece of cardboard or bristol board against the side of the bike. For convenience, you can tape it to the frame.

Step 2. Outline the inside of the frame

Trace the internal shape of the frame triangle, drawing the line as close to the tubes as possible.

Step 3. Cut out and test fit

Cut out the resulting shape and insert it into the frame. The template should fit freely, without bending or forcing it. Ideally, it should have a slight gap.
If necessary, make corrections and try again.

Step 4. Mark the compartment division

On the template, draw a horizontal line parallel to the ground. This will define the division of the bag into upper and lower compartments.

You don't need to mark the zipper paths — we adjust them ourselves during the design phase. Most often, the upper zipper runs parallel to the top tube, and the lower zipper runs parallel to the ground.

Step 5. Define the attachment method

Mark on the template how the bag should be mounted:

  • strap with grommets and Velcro straps,
  • grommets at the top + bungee cord, and strap and Velcro on the other edges,
  • or another chosen option.

Step 6. Indicate pocket arrangement

State which side of the bike the 3D convex compartment should be on — right or left, when viewed from a seated position on the bike.

On the other side, we will make a flat pocket, ideal for a phone, documents, or small items.

Step 7. Mark the color scheme

If you wish, you can immediately divide the side of the bag into color panels. Each of them can be made in a different available color.

Both sides of the bag can look the same or differ from each other — it all depends on you.

Step 8. Describe the template

On the finished template, write:

  • order number,
  • first and last name,
  • phone number.

Step 9. Send the template

Send the finished template to us, preferably to a parcel locker:

Can't send a physical template?

That's also a solution. Measure the template as accurately as possible and take a clear picture perfectly from the side, so we can recreate its shape in the workshop.

In case of doubt

If anything is unclear, write or call. We'll be happy to help and advise you on how to prepare the template so that the bag fits as best as possible.

Note - Although the fabric of the bag is completely waterproof, water may seep through the seams during prolonged exposure to rain. We recommend using a waterproof inner bag for items that must remain completely dry, such as mobile phones or paper documents.
